We are making changes and adapting to the current and evolving COVID-19 climate as we prepare to welcome you into our boutiques again soon. We are here for you more than ever.

Our #1 priority is your safety and security while shopping in our boutiques.

This new reality we are all facing comes with adjustments to best keep our customers and associates safe while maintaining that personalized, ‘Black Goat’ experience you have grown to love.

With the guidance of the Public Health Agency of Canada, the following protocols have been implemented for the foreseeable future and we will keep you informed of any updates:

• For everyone’s safety, we will welcome a maximum of 2-4 customers in the store at a time (depending on the square footage of the individual boutique), keeping social distancing top of mind.
• Associates may wear face masks and will wash their hands frequently.
• Hand sanitizer will be offered and recommended to everyone upon entering the store.
• Gloves will be available and face masks will be provided to customers trying on garments.
• All stores will undergo deep cleaning every day upon opening, after the assistance of every customer and upon closing, with special attention to frequently touched surfaces such as counters, registers, digital screens, phones, payment machines, light switches, doorknobs and handles.

Updated Store Hours
Our boutiques will be open Monday – Sunday during the times below. There will be a maximum of two associates on the sales floor assisting customers, until further notice. We will continue to offer Private Shopping appointments for those who would prefer to have a one-on-one shopping experience without others in the store. As well, our Coat Room in Vancouver will be open for all-day Private Shopping by appointment, Monday – Sunday.
