We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
General Order Cut-Off Times
Standard Ground Shipping (Canada only)
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day and shipped within 2-4 days. During promotional periods, additional processing time may be required.
*Please note, Standard Ground Shipping does not require the customer to sign for the package upon delivery and the package may be left at the door even if the customer is not present.
Express & Priority Shipping
Orders placed Monday to Friday will be shipped on the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within 2-3 business days. During promotional periods, additional processing time may be required.
Duties and Taxes
Black Goat Cashmere ships worldwide.
International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes billed by your country's customs department upon arrival. Black Goat Cashmere is not responsible for any duties or taxes billed by the country the merchandise is being shipped to.
Please note, US/international customs may request customers SSN or IRS employee number to process and clear the shipment. This information may also be requested by the carrier (FedEx or DHL) and the customer will be contacted directly for this information.

*For orders being shipped to the USA, customers may select to prepay the duties and taxes at check-out. If these duties and taxes are prepaid at the time of purchase, additional duties and taxes would not be charged upon delivery.
All orders shipped within Canada are not subject to additional duties and taxes.
Order Tracking Information
Order/Shipping Confirmation Email
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Tracking Number. You can track your package at any time via the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email or by using the 'Track Order' feature on the website; you will need the Order ID number and email connected to the online order to use this feature.
