Online promotional merchandise is only eligible for exchange or store credit within 10 days of receiving the package. No refunds will be considered on any promotional, sale, or discounted items.
To Request an Exchange or Store Credit
Please email [email protected] with your full name, order ID number and item request. You will receive a follow-up in 1-2 business days. Items may also be dropped off with the original invoice or gift receipt, at our brick-and-mortar locations for exchange or store credit.
All OUTLET items are FINAL SALE and will not be considered for exchange, refund, or store credit.
HOLIDAY Return Policy
Regular-priced merchandise purchased online between November 28th- December 24th are eligible for our extended holiday return policy and can be returned until January 8th. Full refunds and exchanges on online orders are accepted on items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, or WASHED and with ALL tags attached, in their original box and packaging. Refunds, only on online orders, will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return request if the return does not comply with this policy.

Regular Priced Merchandise
Full refunds and exchanges are accepted on items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED or WASHED and with ALL tags attached and in their original packaging, within 10 days from the date the package is delivered. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Orders returned after that time period are eligible for store credit (that never expires) within 30 days from the original order date.

To Request a Return
Log into your Black Goat Cashmere account and request an RMA. Approval for a return can take 1-2 business days. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label via email. A fee for return shipping will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount. *Please note, the Duties/Taxes originally charged on USA/International shipments will not be refunded.

Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 5-7 business days. As soon as your return is complete, we will let you know by email.

Returning your Online Order in store
Online orders may be dropped off with the original invoice or gift receipt, at our brick-and-mortar locations. Exchanges and store credits can be issued in-store but all refunds are processed at our website within 7-10 business days. Customers will receive proof of drop-off for online order returns for a refund.
For purchases made in-store, items are eligible for exchange or store credit, in-store only. No refunds.
Store credit or exchanges will be issued for items within 10 days of the purchase date, by the original purchaser or gift recipient. Exchanges or returns for store credit are accepted only on items that have NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, or WASHED and with ALL tags attached. No exceptions. NO REFUNDS. NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS. ALL in-store SALE/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS (including Black Friday and Boxing Day) AND HOSIERY (socks and leggings) ARE FINAL SALE.
