Black Goat Cashmere is completely committed to protecting your privacy. We make every effort to assure your confidentiality and to keep your trust. The information you provide us during checkout is used to process orders and to assist us in delivering administration type emails. To the best of our knowledge Black Goat Cashmere utilizes every available technology to ensure that your confidential information remains secure.

Black Goat Cashmere holds your email address in strictest confidence. We do not sell, give away, or otherwise distribute your address to any third party. Users cannot opt out of administrative type emails such as order confirmation messages. When you place an order, we'll ask you for your name, email address, mailing address, billing address, and credit card number with expiration date. However, Black Goat Cashmere does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Black Goat Cashmere and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund or credit.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting the site, you agree that the laws governing the province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Terms and Conditions of Use agreement and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Black Goat Cashmere relating to that agreement.

ARBITRATION

If any dispute arises between you and Black Goat Cashmere with regards to any purchase, return, transaction, email submission, or any other act dealing with the content, products or services offered by Black Goat Cashmere to you, no matter how characterized or classified, or if there is a dispute with regard to performance under the terms of this Agreement, no matter the nature of the claims or issues, any and all such disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration mutually selected by you and Black Goat Cashmere (the Parties). If the Parties cannot agree upon an Arbitrator, then each Party shall select one Arbitrator and then the two Arbitrators shall select a third Arbitrator who shall act as sole Arbitrator. The decision of the two Arbitrators in selecting the third Arbitrator shall be final and incontestable by any Party. The parties shall share equally the costs of any such arbitrators appointed hereunder.

When not inconsistent with the provisions of this paragraph, the provisions of The Commercial Arbitration Act (British Columbia) or any statutory modification or replacement thereof for the time being in force shall govern the arbitration proceedings, and the provisions of this section shall be deemed to be a submission to arbitration in accordance with that Act.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION AND SEVERABILITY

Please review our other policies, such as our Privacy Policy, posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to Black Goat Cashmere. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and this Terms and Conditions of Use agreement at any time and in our sole discretion; therefore, you should review those policies, terms, and conditions each time you visit the site. Your continued use of the site after we make any such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If any of the terms or conditions herein shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or condition.

COMPLETE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Black Goat Cashmere and its users. It cannot be amended without an express writing signed by a managerial executive of Black Goat Cashmere. Black Goat Cashmere specifically disclaims the validity of an oral representation in conflict with the terms of this Agreement made by any of its employees.
